Malli (Nagarjuna) lost his parents in his childhood, in ac accident that rendered his younger sister lame. He falls in love with Dr. Maheshwari (Anushka Shetty) when he meets her in the hospital where his sister is being treated. Atheist Malli questions Lord Shiva for his condition and while driving away in his car, meets an accident. Things do not remain the same when Lord Shiva himself comes to rescue Malli.
